Thank you for using our products and services ("Services"). The Services are provided by Plagibot, located at 3550 Lennox Rd NE, 21st Floor, Atlanta, GA 30326.

By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Our Services are very diverse, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements (including age requirements) may apply or may be added at any point in time, without any prior notice. Those terms become part of your agreement with us if you use our Services.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete registration information any time you register to use the Service. You are responsible for the security of your passwords and for any use of your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify Plagibot immediately.

You must only create one account as an individual or an enterprise. Creating multiple accounts is a violation and can result in the termination of our service to you.

2. Payment Terms

You agree to pay appropriate fees based on your pricing tier, or any agreement that you may have with us. If you elect to pay via credit card (like most users do), then you are responsible for either (a) adding more than one valid credit card to your profile, or (b) ensuring that your account(s) has a sufficient positive balance to cover all fees due. If, for any reason, you have a negative or unpaid balance on your account, then we reserve the right to suspend the Services temporarily or permanently. All payments are payable in advance, at the beginning of your billing cycle. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete your account and all associated data including subscriber data if your account is found to be in repeated violation of our payment terms.

If we permanently delete your account and all associated data, pursuant to this Section, then we will have no liability for any damage, liabilities, losses (including any loss of data or profits) or any other consequences that you may incur in connection with any such action.

3. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

4. Warranty

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk and that the service is provided "as is" and "as available."

Plagibot makes no express warranties and, to the extent you use the service in the course of a business, disclaim all implied warranties regarding the service including implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Plagibot and affiliates do not represent or warrant to you that: (a) your use of the service will meet your requirements, (b) your use of the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from error, and (c) usage data provided through the service will be accurate.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

5. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time, without any prior notice. If a revision is a material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
